URBAN OFFERINGS AT SHAH ALAM
WITH a four-decade track record in building enduring addresses, Paramount Property is a full-spectrum developer that has residential, commercial, retail, education, hospitality, industrial and integrated projects under its belt.

Significantly, the versatile developer has carved out a niche by adopting a university-metropolis concept. And it has been successful with thriving university towns such as Paramount Utropolis at Glenmarie and Batu Kawan.

“Paramount Utropolis is an integrated metropolis surrounded by residential and commercial units as well as the marketplace retail centre,” said Paramount Corporation Bhd group chief executive officer Jeffrey Chew.

As Paramount Property’s first integrated development, Utropolis Glenmarie has garnered multiple accolades including the Honours Award in Just Walk category at StarProperty.my Awards 2016.

Urban offerings at Shah Alam

Urbano, offering 389 units of serviced apartments with built-ups of between 688 and 999 sq ft, occupies a special place in Shah Alam.

The layouts of Urbano have aimed to fully realise the potential of optimised living spaces, which include features like dual-key access offering the flexibility of rental usage.

Residents will get to enjoy Urbano’s own facilities such as swimming pool, gym, launderette, a daycare centre, surau, changing rooms, a reading room, wading pool, community hall and a management office.

“The freehold development is designed to incorporate the best of urban living within a contemporary setting, in which residents are surrounded by a thriving neighbourhood that offers facilities, conveniences and security,” said Chew.

That includes the 120,000-sq-ft marketplace which showcases a retail and commercial hub, a boutique hotel as well as a university college campus.

Situated within a self-contained development at a strategic location, the residence is well connected because of its close proximity to Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya.

This attractive feature is further enhanced by the proposed LRT Line 3 that will allow residents to travel within the Klang Valley with ease.

With all the offerings of amenities, connectivity and job opportunities that complements a modern setting for the young, homebuyers will be able to enjoy the refine and upbeat urban lifestyle.

More to come after Urbano

With decades of experience combining personal growth and a safe shelter, Paramount has achieved consistent success despite a less than encouraging market.

Emboldened by the results of its latest launches – including the semi-detached and superlink houses of Sejati Residences at Cyberjaya, the Greenwoods Belian shop offices at Greenwoods Salak Perdana, Emilia, the two-storey linked villas at Bukit Banyan, Sg Petani, as well as the phase 1 of Utropolis Batu Kawan – Paramount Property does not intend to stop at the launch of Urbano.

“The upcoming launches include Sekitar26 Enterprise in Shah Alam, a neighbourhood community multi-usage retail centre that constitutes the second component of the Sekitar26 integrated development. This will be anchored by Paramount Property’s office.

“Next, we will also be offering Atwater, our newest integrated development in PJ’s Section 13, which will hold 493 units of serviced apartments, corporate offices and retail components.

“In addition, we will continue to roll new phases at our current developments such as Utropolis Batu Kawan as well as Bukit Banyan in Sg Petani,” said Chew.

“With a sales target of RM500mil for 2017 in mind, Paramount Property has recorded about RM244mil in sales by 1Q 2017.

"The results not only reflect the successful launch of Utropolis Batu Kawan integrated development in Penang, but also signals that we are on track to achieving our target,” added Chew.
